REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals who meet the age and skill

requirements stated for each event.

 

2. Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

 

3. Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify event details, including dates,

venues, or schedules, due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

 

4. Conduct: Participants must follow the rules of golf, the venue's regulations, and any instructions from event staff.

5. Liability: Attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property: All event materials, branding, and content remain the property of the organiser and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. If adverse weather makes play unsafe and the event is cancelled, participants will receive a green fee voucher to play at the course. If an alternative way of playing golf (i.e driving range at the event is available) and is deemed safe, a competition will be held to give away prizes, participants will receive their package i.e goodie bags, food and other material.

8. Once an event ticket/s have been purchased these are not refundable, but can be passed on to another golfer.
